Massages:
Classic Massage:
This massage has an overall soothing or invigorating effect on physical performance and influences the central nervous system, thereby improving one's overall mental state. It benefits the muscular system, improves tissue nourishment and blood circulation, alleviates pain, aids in the elimination of waste products, accelerates recovery from injuries, and relieves stress. Classic massage can be performed as a full-body or localized treatment.
Full-body massages are a means of relaxation. A full-body massage includes the back, arms, legs and feet, and optionally the chest and abdomen. Longer sessions may also include the neck (performed in a seated position) and the face
Relaxation Massage:
A body massage using relaxing oil stimulates the skin and superficial muscles, relieving fatigue, stress, and tension. It also helps alleviate symptoms of depression, bringing about total relaxation of mind, body, and soul. Unlike classic or sports massages, a relaxation massage is much gentler, offering a more soothing and calming experience. It is therefore ideal for clients who do not enjoy intense deep-tissue massage, as well as for first-time massage clients.
Hawaiian Massage:
This massage induces a sense of deep relaxation
through fluid, rhythmic strokes using the forearms and palms. It helps harmonize body and mind, release muscle tension, and induce a state of inner balance; combined with a conscious, sensitive, and mindful touch, it fosters an awareness of one's own body and emotions. It is suitable for times of stress, emotional tension, and exhaustion, when you need soothing comfort rather than vigorous pressure.
Anti-stress massage with a peat wrap:
The anti-stress massage with a peat wrap is a gentle, deeply relaxing treatment designed to help release accumulated tension from both body and mind. Targeted massage strokes loosen stiff muscles, alleviate stress and mental strain, support the body's regeneration, and induce a sense of deep rest. Through a combination of relaxation techniques and conscious breathing, one's internal pace gradually slows, the nervous system calms, and space is created for inner balance. The massage is followed by a peat wrap, which pleasantly warms the entire body and enhances the treatment's overall effect. The heat from the peat boosts circulation, relaxes muscles and joints, relieves stiffness and tension, and intensifies the massage's relaxing benefits. Combining the anti-stress massage with the peat wrap creates a harmonizing experience that regenerates the body, calms the mind, and fosters a lasting sense of lightness and relaxation.
Pregnancy Massage:
Pregnancy massage is a personalized therapy that women can enjoy throughout their pregnancy; it is also suitable for the postpartum period. It provides physical and mental relaxation—benefits that are often underestimated. The massage eases the physical changes occurring in a woman's body during pregnancy and helps prepare for childbirth.
Lymphatic Massage:
Manual lymphatic drainage is performed using light pressure on the skin, without the use of oils, emulsions, or other products. The person receiving the massage should feel no pain. The therapist can focus on specific areas of the body and adjust the pressure according to the client's needs. The goal of manual lymphatic drainage is to use specific strokes to release the lymph nodes and thereby improve lymph flow throughout the body. The technique—characterized by light pressure and slow, circular or spiral movements—is based on an understanding of the lymphatic system and directs the flow of lymph toward the collecting lymph nodes. What are the results of manual lymphatic drainage? Manual lymphatic drainage is used to relieve "tired and heavy limbs," assist with obesity and aesthetic body contouring, and reduce the appearance of cellulite. It is also recommended for detoxification, activating the body's natural defenses, and generally boosting the immune system.
Cosmetic facial lymphatic drainage:
What is cosmetic facial lymphatic drainage? It is a gentle technique targeting the facial lymphatic system. It is performed using light pressure on the skin, without the use of oils or emulsions. The goal of this massage is to unblock lymph nodes and thereby improve lymphatic drainage across the entire face. What is it used for? Cosmetic facial lymphatic drainage is used to treat facial swelling and to manage or alleviate symptoms associated with acne-prone skin, sinus issues, and migraines. Manual lymphatic drainage is also recommended for detoxification and overall immune system support.
Gentle mobilization techniques with chiropractic:
Elements
These offer a gentle way to release blockages in the spine and joints, improve mobility, and support the body's natural balance. They involve targeted, slow, and controlled movements utilizing gentle pressure and stretching, avoiding any abrupt manipulations. The body is guided to release tension at its own pace, contributing to an overall sense of lightness and regeneration. These techniques are suitable for addressing muscle stiffness, limited mobility, and sensations of strain caused by repetitive movement or prolonged sitting. Thanks to an individualized approach, the intensity and range of mobilization are always tailored to the client's current condition, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the treatment. These gentle mobilization techniques with chiropractic elements work well either as a standalone therapy or as a complement to massage.
Cupping:
Before applying the cups, we palpate the back to locate painful, cold, or hot areas, as well as any lumps or hardened tissue, determining cup placement based on these findings. If the goal is to treat a specific internal organ, we select the corresponding zone, potentially using segmental mapping or acupuncture meridians as a guide. Prior to cupping, we perform a brief warming massage using an oil that promotes lymphatic flow and detoxification; options include lavender, grapefruit, or lemongrass—the latter being excellent for healing broken capillaries. Cupping massage is highly effective for boosting blood circulation and relieving minor back or joint pain. A larger cup is attached to well-oiled skin and moved along the back—both lengthwise and crosswise—providing an excellent massage for the paravertebral muscles (surrounding the spine) and the trapezius muscles. Smaller cups are then placed on specific areas; after allowing them to work, they are gently removed, followed by a final massage.
Anti-cellulite cupping massage:
This is a specialized cupping massage performed using an electronic anti-cellulite device capable of regulating suction pressure, allowing it to adapt to every muscle. When combined with anti-cellulite oil, it yields excellent results in boosting circulation within the thigh and gluteal muscles, leaving the skin feeling soft and firm. Visible results can be seen after just the first session.
Body and facial maderotherapy.
How can it help you? Cellulite reduction Proper technique leads to fat breakdown and an improved skin appearance, partly due to the stimulation of collagen and elastin production. Blood circulation stimulation The massage increases blood flow to stiff tissues, ensuring oxygen delivery and the flushing out of harmful substances. Lymphatic circulation support Stimulating lymphatic drainage helps the body release excess fluids, along with fat and harmful substances. Body contouring Repeated movements targeting problem areas help redistribute fat, which is then flushed out along with other toxins. Improved skin appearance The massage contributes to a visibly healthier and smoother skin surface. Natural and non-invasive method The procedure requires only wooden tools and natural oils. Moreover, it involves no invasive intervention; it simply supports the body's natural processes. Positive impact on mental well-being and stress relief Proper functioning of the blood and lymphatic circulation, combined with muscle relaxation, contributes to overall bodily relaxation, better sleep, and an improved mood. Furthermore, these positive results boost one's self-confidence.
Foot Reflexology:
Foot reflexology is one of the most effective methods of alternative medicine. It has long been practiced by Chinese physicians, who regarded the foot as a "second brain." Stimulating specific points on the foot sends a signal to the corresponding organ, making it possible to influence that organ positively. The treatment is most beneficial when administered by another person, as this allows healing energy to circulate freely throughout the body. If inflammation, swelling, or another pathological condition exists in a part of the body, the corresponding reflex points will show increased sensitivity to pressure. This sensitivity often serves as an early warning sign of a serious illness; however, if the imbalance is treated immediately via reflexology, it can often be corrected before the disease fully develops. Following a reflexology session, stress is relieved, the individual feels revitalized, the immune system is primed, and both mental and physical states are brought into balance. Reflexology is not intended for diagnosing medical conditions; diagnosis falls exclusively within the scope of medical practice.
Hot Stone Massage:
Hot stone massage provides the ultimate relaxation experience . Using heated stones and oil, the therapist warms every muscle, creating a deeply relaxing effect that alleviates the stress and anxiety known to trigger various ailments. Unfortunately, stress is considered commonplace these days—but that is not a good thing. A full-body massage offers profound relaxation for both body and mind. So why not treat yourself?
Breuss massage + St. John's wort wrap:
Breuss massage is a therapeutic spinal massage that relieves pressure on the spinal discs and eases tension in the tendons and muscles. It is an energetic massage targeting acupressure points and the spine. St. John's wort oil is used during the treatment; it helps heal inflammation and nourishes the spinal discs and joints. It is the only massage that nourishes the spinal discs.
